Think like the room — stray and you’re the black sheep.
Herd is a free Herd Mentality-style party game. One silly prompt, everyone secretly types an answer, and the biggest matching group scores. Stray from the crowd all by yourself and you are the black sheep.
One silly prompt per round — like “The best pizza topping”. Everyone secretly types a short answer. You're not trying to be RIGHT, you're trying to write what everyone ELSE writes.
Before round 1 the host picks 4, 6, or 8 rounds and can reroll any prompt — or write their own. Prompts stay secret until their round, so nobody can plot ahead.
Matching answers form herds (spelling is forgiven — “Pizza!” and “the pizza” count as the same). Everyone in the biggest herd gets +1. An answer all by itself never scores: it takes two to be a herd.
If exactly one player strays while everyone else finds a herd, they're the round's BLACK SHEEP — called out for all to see. No points lost… just dignity. Most matches when the rounds run out wins!
